2mm 1.5mm spherical lens is mainly used in 5G optical fiber on the T56, T52 caps, etc. The materials are mainly J-LASFH17 with 2.0 refractive index and J-LASFO15 with 1.8 refractive index from Japan Photonitron, as well as Z-LF50 and H-K9L from Chengdu Guangming.

Z-DK3 low melting point spherical lenses are mainly used for ultra-precision aspherical lenses, which are widely used in the following fields: imaging system, projection system, CCTV system, cell phone lens, automobile lens, laser collimation, optical communication, sensors, and medical system, etc. The materials are mainly Chengdu Guangming Z-DK3, Hubei Xinhua Guangming D-ZK2N, and Japan Obara L-BAL35, which can be softened at 300° and is easy to be re-molded. The glass can be softened at 300° and is easy for secondary molding process.
